3. How do I know what size to order?
Measure your wrist at the smallest point and add half of an inch for a snug fit or one inch for a more loose fit. It is ideal to use a tailor's measuring tape. You can also use a piece of string and then lay it out flat and measure it. Use the chart below as a guidline only.

5. Are the medical id bracelets interchangeable?
YES. Each bracelet has two lobster clasps that attach to the stainless tags allowing you to change the bracelets to match any outfits.
6. Does it matter which hand I wear my medical id bracelet on?
While you can wear it on either hand, EMS technicians usually check the left arm first. For this reason we recommend you wear it on the left hand.
7. How do I care for my jewellery?
As with any custom made jewellery, treat it with care and DO NOT wear it around chemicals.
8. Can I wear my jewellery while taking a shower or swimming?
Even though we use only professional grade 49 strand, nylon coated stainless steel jewellery wire and genuine Swarovski or semi-precious beads or better, we still recommend that you DO NOT wear our products in water. If worn repeatedly in water, it is possible that the jewelry could break, resulting in a choking hazard. Please read our safety warning.
9. After I place my order, how long will it take before I receive it?
Since these are
custom made items, please allow 2 business days for production and
engraving. In Canada add an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.
In U.S.A. & International add an additional 5-15 business days for shipping and customs clearance.
